Wok and Pasta Pan 'Relief Evolution' made of stainless steel multi-layer: inside stainless steel 18/8 - 18/10, continuous aluminum core, outside magnetic stainless steel, total material thickness approx. 2.5 mm, high-gloss polished outside, satin-finished inside with honeycomb bottom: ELODUR® Professional etching. The raised stainless steel structure perfectly protects the non-stick coating and is scratch-resistant, free from PFAS. Suitable for all types of stoves, with an oil dosing system (Oil Optimizer) that ensures reduced use of oils and even heat distribution from the bottom to the edge. Oven safe up to 240 °C (with glass lid 180 °C). 3.8 l, Ø 30 cm, H 8 cm.
