Instead of merely refreshing the Scandinavian style, the Danish design team focuses on new materials while maintaining the original appearance: pots and pans feature a rustic cast iron look but are made with a lightweight aluminum construction and naturally insulating oak wood, while bowls impress with easy-care melamine instead of scratched enamel. The Nordic Kitchen sauté pan is a lightweight alternative from Eva Solo, perfect for those who prefer not to juggle heavy cast iron. This frying pan not only boasts a handy oak wood handle and a raised edge for sautéing but also offers excellent heat distribution in the base and a Slip-Let non-stick coating that allows for nearly fat-free sautéing.
