The small kitchen knife from the ProDynamic series is an essential tool for various small cutting tasks in the kitchen. The handy 8 cm blade easily and quickly cuts small fruits like berries. The ergonomically shaped full plastic handle and the quality blade are distinguishing features of the ProDynamic knives. The non-slip green handle fits perfectly in the hand and is connected to the blade without any gaps through a special process. The entire edge can be resharpened. The blade is made of X55CrMo14 steel. The balanced hardness of 56° HRC is the ideal compromise for perfect edge retention and easy resharpening.
