F. Dick ProDynamic Sandwich Knife with Serrated Edge 18 cm. With its convenient blade length of 18 cm, this sandwich knife makes it easy to prepare filled rolls and sandwiches. The angled blade shape facilitates quick, smooth slicing of rolls and baguettes without the hand touching the cutting board. The ergonomically shaped full plastic handle and the quality blade are distinguishing features of the ProDynamic series. The non-slip black handle fits perfectly in the hand and is connected to the blade without seams through a special process. The blade is made of X55CrMo14 steel. The balanced hardness of 56° HRC is the ideal compromise for perfect edge retention and easy re-sharpening. Technical details: Length 18 cm, Hardness 56° HRC.
