Insgesamt überzeugt der Gastroback mit einer guten Verrabeitungsqualität und relativ einfacher Handhabung, wobei die Bedienungsanleitung sehr umfangreich ist. Auch das Reinigen geht schnell von der Hand und wenn ein Betriebsschalter am Gerät wäre, fiele auch die Note höher aus.
