The Home Sommelier by Gastroback develops exquisite wine aromas in just one minute, a process that traditionally takes an hour. It features a special air purification system that releases wine aromas using 90% purified air and highly concentrated oxygen. By adjusting the decanting time, it can be precisely tailored to the grape variety, country of origin, region, vintage, and alcohol content. A patented glass carafe with a capacity of 750 ml is included. The device is powered by a strong 5400 mAh/7.4 V battery or can be plugged into a power outlet. Additionally, there is a free app for Android and iOS with decanting recommendations.
