Product details

Global knives are extremely sharp, lightweight, and perfectly balanced. The blade is made from molybdenum-vanadium steel, hardened to 56 - 58° Rockwell C. The blades are very sharp. The handle is made from two stainless steel shells filled with sand for perfect balance. This balanced design ensures safe handling and maneuverability. The knife is neither blade-heavy nor handle-heavy. Furthermore, the design by Professor Komin Yamada is so appealing that Global knives are even featured in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art shop in New York.
