With two interchangeable knife sets, the EK508 effortlessly slices everything that comes in front of its stainless steel blade into even slices. Despite its strong 150 W power, the motor operates quietly and with minimal vibrations. It drives two different pairs of blades: one with a professional serrated edge for all occasions and one specifically for frozen goods.

The blades can be safely changed using a conveniently located release button and a special finger guard.

Handling the EK508 is as straightforward as it is safe. The blade pairs only move as long as the integrated safety button on the handle is pressed.

Another clever detail: after cutting, the electric knife can be stored upright, keeping the work surface clean. The blades themselves are also easy to clean as they are dishwasher-safe.
