The frying pans are particularly suitable for professional kitchens and ideal for crispy fried food. Inside is a new PFAS-free VITAFLON QUARZIT non-stick coating with a high-quality, brilliant finish. It offers an excellent non-stick effect, is extremely hard and scratch-resistant. The base is equipped with integrated honeycombs for better oil and fat distribution and optimised, rapid heat distribution. The stainless steel handles are robust and hard-riveted. These frying pans are suitable for all hob types, including induction, and are oven-safe up to 240 °C. Material: Cast iron / glass. Dimensions: Ø 28 cm, H 5.3 cm.
