The frying pans are particularly suitable for professional kitchens – ideal for crispy frying. Inside, there is a novel PFAS-free VITAFLON®QUARZIT non-stick coating with a high-quality, brilliant finish. It offers excellent non-stick properties, is extremely hard, and scratch-resistant. The base features an integrated honeycomb structure for better oil and fat distribution, ensuring optimized and quick heat distribution. The stainless steel handles are robust and firmly riveted. These frying pans are suitable for all types of stoves, including induction, and are oven-safe up to 240 °C. Material: Cast iron / glass. Dimensions: Ø 20 cm, H 4 cm.
