With a blade length of 22 cm and a legendary, unique edge, it effortlessly cuts through hard crusts. This handcrafted masterpiece from Germany is made of stainless steel and features a handle made of exquisite walnut wood, which gives each piece a distinctive aesthetic grain. The ideal hardness of around 58 HRC ensures optimal sharpness and re-sharpening capability.
