In collaboration with star chef Andreas Caminada, this masterpiece was created with perfect balance and a sharp edge. The handle made of fine walnut wood gives each piece a unique grain. The stainless steel blade, with a hardness of 58 HRC, offers optimal sharpness and re-sharpening capability. A versatile kitchen knife for professional demands.
