Laguiole is the name for the distinctive shape that the knives have. The name comes from a French village in the Massif Central. The knives are made from 420 stainless steel and are marked with a bee-shaped logo. The set consists of 7 different knives with rosewood handles: Chef's knife: 30.5 cm (44.5 cm with handle), Meat and fish knife: 28 cm (42 cm with handle), Bread knife: 19 cm (34 cm with handle), Filleting knife: 19 cm (34 cm with handle), Santoku knife: 17 cm (31 cm with handle), Utility knife: 8 cm (20 cm with handle), Cheese knife: 10.16 cm (21.5 cm with handle). Not dishwasher safe.
