Product details

Satin finish with highly polished, reinforced rim. Sturdy, multiple spot-welded handles that do not absorb heat. Acid-resistant. The sandwich base (stainless steel, aluminium, stainless steel) combines the heat distribution advantages of aluminium with the durability and magnetic advantages of stainless steel, thus also allowing induction cooking. The base is seamlessly welded using impact bounding technology, i.e. it is pressed onto the entire surface of the pan. This ensures optimum heat distribution and maximum protection against corrosion.
