All knives in the series are made from high-carbon German stainless steel. This specially alloyed chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel X50CrMoV15 guarantees the following properties: razor-sharp, durable edge, easy maintenance of the blade's edge, and high corrosion resistance. Each knife undergoes 50 production stages: in traditional craftsmanship, combined with state-of-the-art machinery, each knife is ground and polished until the blade and its edge are set at the correct angle. The handle combines elegance, balance, and safety, allowing for precise handling. Each knife is individually packaged in a PET blister.
