This specially alloyed chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel X50CrMoV15 guarantees the following properties: razor-sharp, durable edge retention, easy maintenance of the edge, and high corrosion resistance. Each knife undergoes 50 production stages: through traditional craftsmanship combined with state-of-the-art machinery, each knife is ground and polished until the blade and its edge are set to the correct angle. The handle combines elegance, balance, and safety, allowing for precise handling. Each knife is individually packaged in a PET blister.
