Suitable for sous vide cooking. 2-ply: inner layer 60 µm food-grade polyethylene, outer layer 15 µm polyamide (nylon). The total thickness is 75 µm. The materials used act as a UV filter. Bags can be used at temperatures from -20º to +110ºC. Suitable for chamber vacuum packaging machines.
