The Hammershøi Summer series is inspired by the adventurous shapes, colors, and emotions of the Danish summer. The Hammershøi Summer bowl with summer berries, measuring 21 cm in diameter, is beautifully decorated with strawberries, blueberries, and the peacock butterfly that playfully flutters through the summer.

The summer berries motif is painted in the same way as the other themes in the Hammershøi Summer series, where plants and flowers almost spontaneously wander across the classic grooves on the white ceramic pieces. It’s as if they are almost sprouting, dancing over the porcelain with their various forms.
