The KAI KAMAGATA ham knife, developed in collaboration with Tim Mälzer, not only slices ham into thin pieces but is also suitable for filleting fish or cutting larger fruits and vegetables.
The double-edged blade is extremely sharp with an angle of 16°. Combined with corrosion-resistant steel and a final hardness of 58 Rockwell, this meat knife glides through your ham or roast as smoothly as butter.
The handle of the KAMAGATA ham knife is made of thermoplastic plastic (POM). It has a non-slip property and fits comfortably and securely in both right and left hands, even when wet, thanks to its shape.
