The Kamagata Santoku is the most popular knife from the Tim Mälzer Kamagata series. With the Kamagata Santoku you can cut vegetables, fruit, fish and raw meat. The 18 cm long blade is ground at an angle of 16 degrees. This makes the knife extremely fine and sharp, but still cutting, stable and resilient. The handle of the Kamagata Santoku is made of thermoplastic (POM). The Kamagata Santoku lies comfortably in the hand, is non-slip, even with wet hands. The handle shape is symmetrical and therefore suitable for right- and left-handers.
