The Shun Classic series is expanding with the new Kiritsuke blade shape. This design is characterized by its particularly pointed shape, allowing the knives to be used for a wide range of applications. Whether for fish, meat, or vegetables, the Kiritsuke effortlessly cuts fine cubes or strips. For optimal handling, the knives feature a notch on the underside of the blade.
