Product details

The innovative Seki Magoroku Nakiri Composite has a blade sharpened on both sides. The blade of the Nakiri Composite combines two different types of steel, creating an exciting contrast on the blade.
The highly polished cutting edge of the Nakiri Composite is made of VG-10 steel with a hardness of HRC 61±1 and the satin-finished blade back of SUS420J2 steel.
The blunt blade of the Nakiri Composite can be used as a spatula and the cut material enters the WOK very conveniently.
