Product details

The Shun cleaver features a thicker blade than Damascus knives, making it ideal for chopping coarser ingredients such as meat with bones, spare ribs, chicken, or pumpkin. The blade of the Shun cleaver is made from stainless steel, while the handle is crafted from water-resistant Pakka wood. The Shun cleaver can be easily sharpened with a Kai series whetstone, just be sure to maintain a cutting angle of 20°.
