Product details
The Santoku Kullen is used to cut the cut material into fine slices by pushing or pulling the blade of the Santoku Kullen over its entire length. The depression in the blade (hollows) creates an air cushion when cutting with the Santoku hollows, which means that cuttings that tend to stick, such as potatoes, ham or cheese, adhere less to the Santoku hollows.
