Kaiser Cake Ring with Handles 9 cm High

The Kaiser Cake Ring with Handles is an essential tool for every pastry chef. With a length of about one meter and a width of nine centimeters, the cake ring is made of high-quality stainless steel. The two clamps allow it to be adjusted to different diameters, enabling perfect layers and fillings for cakes and tortes.

The cake ring is not used for baking but solely for layering and filling pastries. After the base cake has been baked, the ring is placed around it and secured with the two handles. This allows for even distribution of cake glaze, cream, fruits, and whipped cream on the base without anything spilling over the edges.

Once the filling has cooled, the cake ring can be easily removed. It also serves as a transport security for the cake when it needs to be moved.
