The Titanium Chef Patissier XL is designed for hobby bakers who want more from their food processor. A food processor in which you can let dough rise or melt chocolate.
It has an integrated scale, a touch screen with preset programs, two mixing bowls, an inner mixing bowl light and an EasyLift mixing arm that can be opened with just one hand. This chef's kitchen machine has everything you need to live out your baking passion. The heat function makes it easy to warm ingredients in the mixing bowl for better, faster results - with no fuss. Swiss meringue can be made in the exclusive Easy-Warm mixing bowl - as well as dough goes and chocolate melts up to 33% faster. The integrated EasyWeigh scale saves time and reduces mess when baking, so all ingredients can be weighed directly into the bowl. It even works in the optional accessory. It can easily be weighed in the mixing bowl or in one of the accessories, such as the multi-chopper or juicer, when attached. The intuitive 2.4-inch BakeAssist touchscreen makes operating the machine a breeze. The 6 SimpleTouch preset programs allow you to proof dough, melt chocolate, knead dough, mix a cake batter, whip egg whites or prepare Swiss meringue. With just the touch of a finger, baking projects succeed with ease. Many recipes call for more than one bowl and the Titanium Chef Patissier XL comes with 2 mixing bowls right out of the box. In the first mixing bowl sits a smaller mixing bowl that can be easily removed and then you decide which bowl to use. For large quantities and the heat function is best to use the larger bowl, for smaller quantities and for cold beating can be worked in parallel in the smaller bowl.
