Very heavy Ø31 cm cast iron from Kinghoff. The cast iron that makes up the vessel is thick and heavy, allowing it to retain heat effectively and maintain a high temperature. The black surface has been achieved through a unique process of burning cast iron in vegetable oil at very high temperatures (oxidation). The oxidized surface reduces susceptibility to rust. The product is suitable for all types of kitchens, including induction cooktops.

Usage conditions: Hand wash only (not dishwasher safe). Wash and dry before use. Rinse with a brush after use. After drying, oil with vegetable oil. Do not cook acidic foods. Do not store food. The vessel is not rust-resistant - oxidation reduces rust susceptibility but does not prevent it.
