Product details

Professional toast tin made of stainless steel in a robust, heat-resistant design with excellent baking properties. It has a hinged lid with a secure closure and a capacity of around 1 kg of dough made from light-coloured flour or 1.2 kg of dough made from wholemeal flour. The mould is heat-resistant up to 250 degrees; at higher temperatures it can discolour slightly. It is dishwasher-safe and resistant to fruit acids.
