Professional toast tin made of stainless steel in a strong, heat-resistant design with excellent baking properties. It features a hinged lid with a secure closure and a filling capacity of approximately 1 kg of dough made from light flour or 1.2 kg of dough made from wholemeal flour. The tin is heat-resistant up to 250 degrees; at higher temperatures, it may discolor slightly. It is dishwasher-safe and resistant to fruit acids.
