It is time- and energy-saving, making it suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. The term 3-layer comes from English and refers to three layers:
1. Inner: Stainless steel 18/10, the ideal food-safe surface
2. Middle: The continuous aluminum core ensures perfect heat conduction from the base to the edge
3. Outer: Magnetic stainless steel 18/0 allows for optimal cooking on induction.
