Mastrad Whipped Cream Dispenser Mousse & Sauces 0.5 L, developed and certified for both warm and cold mousses: mousses made from fruits, vegetables, fish, sauces, cream, and whipped cream. Thanks to its structure made of extremely durable stainless steel, the siphon can be used to prepare warm mousses (the temperature of the water bath must not exceed 70 °C). Cold ingredients can also be stored in the refrigerator for a few days. A better grip and the integrated notch prevent it from rolling on the countertop. It can be used to prepare mousse with N2O gas cartridges (silver - Mastrad Ref.: F48560). Additionally, it can be used to make soda water. For this, use CO2 cartridges (gold - Mastrad Ref.: F02160). Suitable for 12 - 16 servings. Complete instructions with 5 recipes, a cleaning brush, and 3 different piping nozzles are included.
