Here's how to make yogurt popsicles: Rinse the silicone mold with water. Place the mold on a small plate or board for stability. Use liquid chocolate to fill in the details (eyes, nose, beak, etc.). Insert a wooden stick into the appropriate opening, about a third of the way in. Then fill the mold with yogurt. Carefully place the silicone mold in the freezer (the plate or board makes transport easier) and freeze until the yogurt is solid. To release, push the popsicle out from the top and then pull it out.

To avoid deformation or leakage, always fill the silicone mold on a stable surface like a thin board, plate, or baking dish - this way, it can stand securely and stably.
