Product details

The blades of the 5000FCD series captivate not only with their striking damask pattern, derived from 49 layers of steel, but also with their hardness of 61 HRC. Featuring the typical Honbazuke sharpening on both sides for Miyabi knife blades, the 5000FCD blades impress with razor-like sharpness. The black, elegantly shaped Pakka Wood handles with a steel end cap have red decorative rings at the bottom, which particularly highlight the exotic appearance of the knives in this series. Hand washing is recommended.
