Product details

With the one-piece springform from the 'Profi' series by my basics, you can easily bake cake layers, fruit cakes, and pound cakes. Thanks to the non-stick coating 'Whitfort Xylan', no batter sticks to the mold. The springform is made of tinned iron sheet with a removable base. There is no need to flip the cake out, as it features a detachable, expanding ring. The diameter of the springform is 26 cm.
