This Opinel No 113 serrated knife is ideal for cutting tomatoes, hard eggs, sausage and grilled meat. The stainless Sandvik 12C27 steel blade has a continuous, very fine serration. The handle is made of beech wood. Not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
