Hartmut for the tough! PiepEi® Hartmut is one of the three classic PiepEi® products from Brainstream and has been part of our range since the beginning.

The PiepEi® variants Detlef, Schantall, and Hartmut are the first PiepEi® models and serve as the basic equipment of our portfolio.

Each PiepEi® from the classic series is designed for a specific hardness level and announces it with a melody. PiepEi® Hartmut is responsible for the hard-boiled egg. One might say, "anyone can hard boil," but that's not entirely true. Because if it's too hard, it eventually turns an unappetizing color and becomes crumbly. Who hasn't experienced this in hotels and restaurants around the world? With PiepEi® Hartmut, the egg is perfectly hard-boiled. It retains a nice color and is easy to cut.
