No - it doesn't - and so it makes much more sense than a plastic bottle - not to mention the hygiene. We have two of these bottles in use and we really appreciate the fact that it is a thermos bottle, which keeps drinks nice and cool even in summer temperatures.

We use the 1000ml stainless steel bottle on the Aarke Carbonator 2, without any problems.
I don't know which version you have, but according to the website, the bottle is compatible with Carbonator 1,2 and 3: https://de.aarke.com/de-ch...
This is the Aarke Carbonater 3, an error has probably crept into our specifications.
Insulating: yes, vacuum flask, box marked as "24h"
Difference to A1092: I think the size. This is definitely 1 litre.
Filling mark: yes, internally, quite visible.
