With the Pro model, you can connect the kettle to the app via Wi-Fi. Please note that, according to the manufacturer, the kettle cannot be controlled via the app. Both are identical in terms of material.
Oh, you are right, That is a mistake. The product is made for the European market and comes with a DE-plug and Swiss adapter.

I got it with the smooth base. The plug is Schuko (an adapter for Switzerland was supplied)

The temperature range of this kettle is 40°C-100°C.

Yup, it works. Although unfortunately with a power adapter.
The EKG PRO is the higher-end model with more precise temperature control, a larger and more detailed display, and additional features like custom presets and improved PID algorithms. The EKG ONE is a more streamlined version with simplified controls and a slightly reduced feature set, but both maintain the same core kettle design and precision pour-over performance.
