I don't understand the difference between the two Gefu Flotte Lotte fastpasses. Why is one more expensive? More capacity? What are the dimensions compared to the cheaper one? In the more expensive one, some information is missing. I just see that it has an extra grid. I can't find the information on the supplier's website.

No! The best spaetzle is made with a spätzle sieve! But it's great for mashed potatoes👍 And because it's chrome steel you can throw it in the washing machine 😜

In our case, the "scraper", i.e. the lower fixing clip, is constantly falling off and clogging up the floating solder. This is despite the fact that the clamp requires a lot of force to press together when fitting. The boiled potatoes were cut into pieces and cooked nice and floury. Does anyone know the problem or a solution?

Article ordered on Sunday, delivery by snail mail (Postpac Economy) on Wednesday? And on top of that, a surcharge for orders under 50? What is going on with digitec-galaxus???

Your parcel was sent on Monday morning. Due to internal agreements with the post office, parcels sent in the morning are sent under "Postpac Economy", which also arrives the next day. We are very sorry that this did not work out. However, we no longer have any influence on the parcels after they have been dispatched from the warehouse, e.g. if the parcel is held up at the distribution centre.
