Hello, I don't know anything about vape. Basically, you can clean pretty much anything with ultrasound. It just mustn't have any stones on it, such as rings or chains with stones. They could come loose.
If these vape parts are water-resistant, I would say it works.
Does the unit come with a Swiss plug? Is it possible to roll up the cable in the bottom of the unit?

It did not work for us. The result was disappointing, as were the glasses, which were not really clean despite the procedure according to the operating instructions. We took the appliance back. Silverware is cleaner with some aluminium foil and salt in water than in this appliance.
