I received the blender today. It came with an EU plug and a Swiss adapter. I assembled the plug and adapter but forgot to include the foam seal between the plug and adapter. What should I do?

It's happened to me too. No problem, just don't get too close to the water. Just like any electrical appliance. And if I ever do, I just switch off and put in a Swiss plug. It only takes 5 minutes!

I have just ordered this product. It comes with the "5-year" extended warranty. Now I see in the third picture: Warranty 5 years. Galaxus only says 2 years warranty without extension. What is correct now?

Meat is typically minced with a meat grinder. Even there, you have to cool it properly with ice (or have the meat in the freezer long enough so that it is very cold but not yet frozen) so that the mixture doesn't get "weird". I advise against doing this with my stand mixer. The speed is much too high. It's different with tuna, for example. But for this, a hand blender is usually enough, considering the quantity. Have a good summer.

Hello, what is the volume of the blender like when ice cubes are also mixed? I currently have a Ninja Blender, which makes the whole house shake and you can hear it all the way across the lake. With this KitchenAid appliance, I hope that the neighbours won't be unnecessarily annoyed.

Hello, I don't have a lake as a reference, but in our rented flat I'm sure the neighbours upstairs and downstairs hear every smoothie with ice cubes live. The blender is brilliant, but unfortunately you can really hear the power.

I have the impression that I have seen exactly the same model of Kitchenaid artisan K400 (https://www.galaxus.ch/fr/s2/product/kitchenaid-melangeur-artisanal-k400-blenders-13088740) and the only difference seems to be the price. Could you please tell me why there is a price difference and what the differences are between these 2 machines?
