In my opinion, it simply has to do with the popularity of the colour. Since light blue is apparently not so popular, this device is sold at a lower price.
The colours of the KitchenAid Artisan KSM175 (water blue) EU version and the KitchenAid Swiss Anniversary Set KSM200 (velvet blue) are not identical. Water blue: This colour is a light, fresh shade of blue. Velvet blue: This colour is darker and richer.

The main difference between the KitchenAid Artisan KSM175 EU version and the KitchenAid 5KSM125EMH lies mainly in the details of the accessories and materials, rather than in the performance or basic functions. ### Performance and functions - Both models have a motor power of 300 watts and feature the typical planetary mixer as well as a tilting motor head, which makes their performance and functionality the same. ### Accessories and materials - The KitchenAid Artisan KSM175 EU version comes with an extensive accessory set that includes a 4.8 litre mixing bowl and an additional 3.0 litre bowl. The accessories, including the dough hook and whisk, are more flexible on the KSM175, especially the Flexi Stirrer, which pulls directly along the edge of the bowl and takes the dough with it. - The KitchenAid 5KSM125EMH, on the other hand, only comes with a 4.8 litre mixing bowl, a dough hook, a whisk and a flat beater, but no additional 3.0 litre bowl. The accessories of the KSM125 are not made of stainless steel, but are coated. ### Visual and qualitative differences - The KSM175 has accessories that cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher, unlike the KSM185, but the KSM175 itself has more flexible beaters, which the KSM125 lacks. The KSM125 is a cheaper alternative with fewer accessories. ### Conclusion - The difference in quality and performance between the two models is small. The difference lies mainly in the features and materials of the accessories. The KSM175 offers more flexibility and better materials compared to the KSM125, which is, however, cheaper.

Hi, I bought this 3 months ago (Christmas 2023) and I confirm that the cable has a schuko plug. An adapter to Swiss 3 pole plug is included inside the box, though.
