Hello, the cappuccinatore was not included in our delivery.... does it have to be ordered separately?

Technically, there is no difference between the machines. The only one remains the colour.

Does anyone know the exact difference between the SM7786 (competition only) and SM7785? Even on the Philipps site the comparison only points to the colour difference. The prices, however, are several hundred francs different.

In the meantime, the German Philips support has assured me that only the colour is the difference. Apparently the SM7786 is a "special version" and therefore only available from 2 competitors.

Can this machine also only make milk foam, like a latte macchiato without coffee?

Why are you so cowardly to give the number for the price comparison ? Just 6 xelsis with different prices :) cheat pack. i will not buy from you even if 1 stutz cheaper.
