If the logistics specialist handling the parcel is having a good day, then yes. Otherwise, just complain and request a replacement. Since Digitec is obliged to deliver electrical appliances in such a way that they fit into Swiss sockets, you have the right to have an adapter supplied if necessary. Unfortunately, this is sometimes forgotten in the logistics.

The Sage Creatista Plus coffee machine uses Nespresso coffee capsules. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the current Nespresso promotion and its conditions, but the original coffee capsules are compatible with the machine we offer.

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. Somehow Digitec/Galaxus has to earn money. The 90 or 100 capsules cost around CHF 50.00, so CHF 387.00 (item 10404848) - 50.00 = 337.00, so Digitec earns CHF 12.00 more with the promotion - Clever!
