Possible causes for the alarm: - Door not closed properly Check whether the freezer door is fully closed. Sometimes something inside prevents the door from closing properly (e.g. a protruding container). - Temperature in the freezer is too high The alarm may go off if the temperature in the freezer is too high, e.g. after putting in large quantities of fresh food or in the event of a fault. Check whether the freezer is cooling correctly. - Power failure or interruption If there has been a brief power cut, this can trigger the alarm. Wait a while until the temperature returns to normal. - Sensor or system error If the appliance has recognised a technical fault, it may also trigger an alarm. If this is not the case, you can report this via our Galaxus Assistant. https://www.galaxus.ch/help
If the surcharge is paid, delivery to the place of use is included, without delivery only to the kerbside.
Thank you for your comment. The energy efficiency class is D. The specifications will be corrected soon.
It has been doing its job diligently and quietly in continuous operation for two months.
D applies, is also correctly stated in the specifications.
According to the manufacturer, the unit including the handle is 78 cm deep. I would then add about 2-5 cm for air circulation.
