Hi spyros honestly I have used this Air Fryer and the smaller one always with extra silicone forms exactly because many fryers have such problems but I would either contact Galaxus here or call Xiaomi directly in Ch they are very knowledgeable and understand that sometimes such problems can occur. I buy all silicone accessories here on Galaxus and on Amazon ⚘️😎

Inside there is a basket that can be raised, but I don't think you can cook on two levels.
