Excellent price/performance ratio. After thinking about it for a long time, I finally bought a mixing and kneading machine. Despite the relatively large amount of space it takes up in the cupboard, I haven't regretted it yet. I can't remember how I used to knead bread dough. The only thing I regret is that I waited so long to buy one.

Heavy and therefore very stable. The height of the accessories can be adjusted if they are too high. The metal accessories seem to be very sturdy.
The motor part moves 3 or 4 mm as if it is not fixed properly and it quines or squeaks a bit weird I don't know if it's normal. I'm not sure if it's normal or not.
The only problem is the noise but I think they are all quite noisy.

Excellent product, for easy use, but not very powerful.
Very fast shipping.
I recommend it!

I use the Electrolux EKM4000 mainly for kneading dough. At first I doubted whether I could make a plait dough with a kilo of flour (and other ingredients). But now I have already made a wonderful Sunday plait twice, it worked perfectly, the machine kneads the dough without any problems. After kneading, just let the dough rise and (almost) nothing stands in the way of a plait!

Either I'm not capable of operating the machine or it's really the appliance. To stir a simple cream or knead dough, the stirrers don't grip the bottom, so there's always something left in the indentation. Also, I'm still looking for the button where the rotors unfold, have the feeling that the machine wants to fly away rather than stir.... sorry, not my cup of tea. I would have preferred something more expensive and would be happier now.
