The app does NOT work in Switzerland!!!!
I.e. you can start the vacuum robot manually, it also vacuums very well, but you can't use any other function! Therefore much too expensive!
Galaxus does not recognise the problem. Although Galaxus has been informed of this several times, the robot hoover is still for sale!Contra

Software and app absolutely cheeky, suction and wiping performance ok
The software and the app are an absolute cheek. The vacuum cleaner constantly loses the Wi-Fi connection and to re-establish this, the Rotober has to be completely re-learnt! (There is no way to reconnect the WLAN via the app)
After it lost the connection again, I tried to set it up again and it no longer connects to the Wi-Fi at all. According to the app, the router is of course to blame and needs to be restarted. (Everything else works and it didn't help either)
The robot doesn't have a reset button, I can't find one and there isn't one in the instructions. You can only reset it to factory settings via the app, which it obviously can no longer be connected to.
We would have expected more from the suction and mopping performance, but it's ok. Unfortunately, combined with the absolutely bottomless app, it's not usable.Contra

If you don't use iphone, if under your couches are not high enough, if you have small carpet or small room area, you better don't buy this brand.

- Super loud when they suck in dust to the terminal
- The app has specific minimum of room size and carpet size (if you have smaller then you basics doom)
- The battery can't mop our whole house which only probably 60smq where we let them clean
