Basically, the product is actually good. However, what I cannot understand at all is the fact that the device can only be rolled back and forth in a straight line (the castors cannot be moved freely in all directions). When moving from one place to another, you have to lift the device slightly on one side each time you want to initiate a change of direction. Very practical...

We have been using the older brother Albert for almost a decade. It runs, and runs, and runs. That's why we opted for Stadler Form again. But it had to be smart. In other words, Lukas. And the device delivers as expected. The app connection was easy to set up and control via the app is simple and practical.
Unfortunately, Lukas continues to send data to the Chinese service provider Tuya. Stadler's own app also uses the service. Yes, Stadler is subject to European jurisdiction, and Tuya should be too. But other laws apply in China. After all, the data appears to be processed in Europe for the time being - by an American cloud provider 🙈.
The package includes a hose to channel the moisture into a drain instead of the tank. Unfortunately, the thing is so short (<1m) and stiff that it is simply almost unusable. The hose is so deformed from being rolled up in the packaging that the outlet is rarely really at the bottom. Unless you somehow pinch it somewhere.
Unfortunately, the measured values shown in the app sometimes jump up by 15-20% when the dehumidifier function is switched on. I don't know whether this is due to an awkwardly positioned sensor or simply an error in the output.

Stadler Form Lukas has been doing its job perfectly as a dehumidifier for months until the "P1" fault appears. Repair department finds no defect. I received the appliance back with the note P1 indicating too little humid or too cold room air. On the 2nd day after receipt, P1 again at 70% humidity and 13.5 degrees Celsius.

I received the dehumidifier today.
Followed the instructions and turned it on
It reduced the humidity to around 57% and then stopped and keeps saying the water tank is full when the tank is empty.
So disappointing. What must I now do with this huge appliance?
