Slices well. Bends a little if applied pressure, but nothing major. Simple and does the job
Not suitable for cucumbers
It is not possible to slice a cucumber quickly with this unwieldy tool. The individual slices are cut uncleanly and stick to the slicer (frayed skin). Using a kitchen knife is not only faster, but also thinner and cleaner.
